Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team at Seera Group, a leading travel and tourism company in the MENA region. As a Content Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and managing Arabic content for our sales and marketing materials, including social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality Arabic content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative solutions, editorial, and product teams, to ensure consistency and accuracy in all content pieces.
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar to ensure timely and efficient content delivery.
  • Analyze and report on content performance using metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Superior grasp of the Arabic language, including Modern Standard Arabic and Saudi dialects.
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO principles.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
