  • On-site POS assessment & coaching of Dior retail teams to help them develop their D.I.O.R execution on POS.
  • Beauty consultants: 2 days per year per FTE / 1x per year for part-time BCs.
  • Field Managers: 3 days per year.
  • Novelties Product Training:
  • Multibrand BCs (Kicks, Sokos): Present Dior main Novelty launches in Finnish during training roadshows & events 2x per year in Helsinki, Turku & Tampere, and 1x per year in 2 other cities TBC.
  • Dior retail population: Present Dior main Novelty launches in Finnish during local training seminars 2x per year.
