The Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Bakery & Pastry Chefs located in Brazzaville, Congo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a production facility for a French franchise bakery restaurant opening in a new commercial center.

  1. Bakery and Baking skills
  2. Food Preparation proficiency
  3. Experience in producing Pastries and Bread
  4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of food safety standards
  7. Professional culinary certification is a plus
