As a Master Mixologist at our resort, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable beverage experience for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Requisitioning and stocking bar areas with spirits, juices, soft drinks, glassware, and condiments
- Preparing expertly crafted cocktails and mocktails that meet Four Seasons' standards of quality and professionalism
- Developing a working knowledge of all products served and maintaining high standards of product knowledge
- Utilizing the hotel's point-of-sale system to manage sales and customer transactions
We offer a competitive salary of around $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards for luxury hotels in Kuwait. Additionally, we provide full-board shared living accommodation in a high-quality compound, complimentary nights at FS Hotels worldwide, regular social events, paid home leave tickets, and free transportation to and from work.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Proven experience as a bartender in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end dining environment
- In-depth knowledge of various beverages, including coffee drinks, cocktails, and juices
- Creative flair for crafting unique and visually appealing cocktails
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
