- Sustain Equipment Integrity: Maintain equipment in good working order, following established standards and reporting any issues promptly.
- Cultivate a Safety Culture: Emphasize individual and crew work safety, adhering to HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a healthy work environment.
- Optimize Equipment Performance: Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency throughout operations.
- Operate with Competence: Operate equipment according to your competency level and job requirements, leveraging your expertise to maximize productivity and minimize risks.
- Embed Best Practices: Comply with HSE policies, wear PPE, and maintain required safety training to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role is required for this position.
