This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing the entire billing cycle. As a Payment Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Invoice Preparation: Prepare and send accurate and detailed invoices to customers and clients.
  2. Payment Tracking: Monitor and track incoming payments to ensure prompt processing and reconciliation.
  3. Account Maintenance: Process and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
  4. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balances and assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and generate financial reports related to billing.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of billing procedures and principles. Relevant qualifications include a Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, or Degree in Microbiology or Biochemistry or related fields. A minimum of 0-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
