Master Welding Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Welding Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inspections of Body Work, Welding, Canvas, and Machining repairs on military vehicles and customer-requested metal fabrications in accordance with Army Technical manuals and AWS Welding Code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial, in-progress, and final inspections on Body, Canvas, and Welding repairs and Metal Fabrications
• Ensure work performed is in accordance with applicable Army Regulations, Technical Manual, and Industry Standards
• Conduct field/sustainment level technical inspection and supervision on welding activities of classified/unclassified components belonging to track and wheeled vehicles
• Performs Estimated Costs of Fabrications (ECOF) as required
• Performs visual and/or Non-Destructive Testing to determine welds are within quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Welding Inspection experience
• AWS certification
• High-level communication skills in English, both verbally and written
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
