Redefining Culinary Excellence
We're seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Cook 1. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar position in an Arabic Cuisine Restaurant. Key responsibilities include preparing food according to standard procedures, helping establish standard recipes, and ensuring compliance with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.
- Assist the Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie in establishing standard recipes and ensuring compliance.
- Inspect taste, temperature, and visual appeal, ensuring uniformity and adherence to established portion sizes.
- Participate in product development and maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and requisition.
