  • Communication: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve staff conflicts and address performance issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory, and staff schedules.
  • Performance Reports: Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities and performance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets related to housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience highly desirable.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Task Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Safety Regulations: Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy required.
