Maintenance Technician

We seek highly skilled Mechanical Equipment Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our utility systems department, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting utility equipment to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility equipment to guarantee efficient performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in utility system maintenance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
- 2+ years of experience in utility maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of utility systems, including boilers, chillers, and air compressors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a relevant trade or profession.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and SAP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
