Job Overview: As a key member of the Abroad Work team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This position is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, trays, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrape and rinse food residue from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyors to the dishwashing machine, following assigned procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and trays according to established protocols.
  • Promote a culture of cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen area.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and chemical levels, as outlined by provided standards.
