About the Job
The VTC Specialist II is a critical role in our organization, requiring a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting VTC conferences, operating VTC equipment, and providing technical support to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Operates VTC equipment, including consoles, Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), cameras, microphones, and desktop and laptop computers.
  • Establishes and maintains end-to-end secure and non-secure connectivity to support conferences.
  • Troubleshoots VTC and connectivity problems, resolving poor reception/transmission issues.

Qualifications
  • Requires an active Secret Clearance and a minimum of 5 years experience in Video Teleconferencing or Audio Video Productions.
  • High school diploma required or equivalent.
