The Retail Store Director is responsible for leading a team of staff, managing inventory, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong background in retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Build a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing staff.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, goals, and challenges.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock.

Key Qualifications:
