About the Position: As a Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for managing company secretarial compliance across Oracle's subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices in the Middle East and Africa region. You will assist with the formation of new subsidiaries and branch offices, draft documentation and filings, and maintain corporate records. Additionally, you will manage corporate delegations, work with various groups within Oracle, and liaise with external service providers, including law firms.

M&A Integration: You will assist members of the Corporate, Securities, and Acquisitions Group in giving effect to acquired entity integrations and corporate group restructurings in MEA. This will include drafting documentation and consulting with stakeholders.

Process and Policies: You will work with other members of the Corporate, Securities, and Acquisitions Group, and members of other groups within Oracle, to develop and implement corporate policies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with corporate policies and working with regulatory authorities in MEA.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department. You should also have business fluency in English and Arabic in speaking and writing, as well as experience with corporate governance, particularly the establishment and dissolution of legal entities, merger of legal entities, and business and trade license requirements.
