**The Role**

  • Deliver a luxurious spa experience, meeting Four Seasons' standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
  • Ensure all spa areas are set up and fully stocked, performing facial and body treatments according to established protocols.
  • Upsell spa products, considering guests' needs and sales targets.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

**What We Look For**

  • At least 2 years' experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
  • Proven knowledge of various treatment protocols.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
