**Overview**

Tiqmos is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cyber security initiatives in Kuwait.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of cyber security governance documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cyber security laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CBK).
  • Liaise with the group cyber security team, regulatory bodies, and auditors as necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and high-quality standard.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Project, Jira).
