We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


Create and manage YouTube Ads campaigns (including skippable, non-skippable, bumper, and display ads) that achieve maximum ROI and performance.


Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on ad performance to inform future marketing strategies.


Develop engaging ad content in coordination with the design and video teams to captivate target audiences.


Manage and update digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) as needed to ensure seamless campaign execution.


Research industry trends and competitor strategies to improve ad performance and stay ahead of the competition.


Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align goals and messaging for maximum impact.

Requirements:


Proven experience in running and optimizing YouTube Ads campaigns.


Strong knowledge of Google Ads and video marketing strategies.


Minimum 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.


Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.


Excellent communication and analytical skills.


Creative mindset and attention to detail.
