About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Engineer with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with our operations teams to refine and implement efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and developing robust engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems. You will also collaborate with colleagues on business requirements, technical designs, and code reviews, and stay knowledgeable about Canonical's business processes.

The Job Requires
  • Developing and implementing business processes
  • Collaborating with peers on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
  • Staying abreast of Canonical business processes
  • Coaching, mentoring, and providing career growth guidance based on seniority
  • Developing and evangelizing great engineering and organizational practices
Our Expectations
  • Impressive academic credentials from high school to university
  • Technical degree or an equivalent narrative about your chosen path
  • Proven track record of achieving remarkable results
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • Result-driven approach, with a strong desire to meet commitments
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks

  • Background in performance engineering and security
  • Experience in accounting, sales, sales operations, or related fields
