Job Title: Pastry Chef

We are looking for a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Abroad Work. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods.

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare various types of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Develop new recipes and menu items while keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
• Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with high standards for quality control.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
