IT Executive

Careers Ladder is seeking a seasoned IT Executive to lead its technology operations. As the head of our IT department, you will oversee all technology functions and spearhead strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their specifications. They will also possess a deep understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc., and be able to control information technology budget effectively.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field is required, while a Master's degree is a plus.

• Oversight of all technology operations, including network security evaluation against set goals
• Development and implementation of IT policies and systems to support strategic initiatives
• Business requirement analysis across departments to determine technology needs
• Purchasing efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
• Evaluation of technological equipment and software usage for functionality and efficiency
• Identification of upgrade, configuration, or new system needs, reporting to upper management
• Coordination of IT managers and supervision of computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals
• Budget control and expenditure reporting
• Assistance in building vendor relationships and creating cost-efficient contracts
