    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, laws, and standards applicable to the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, laws, and standards issued by the Capital Markets Authority, Kuwait Boursa Co, and other regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations of the company.
• Develop and implement effective compliance programs and controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide accurate and timely advice to senior management and relevant departments on regulatory matters.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies, prepare and review correspondence, and disclosures.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and submit reports, responses, or forms in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and laws applicable to the company.
