The role requires a strategic thinker who can create and implement innovative Spa treatments and concepts, manage budgets, and demonstrate effective retail management. You will supervise and manage personnel, including managers, supervisors, receptionists, therapists, attendants, fitness instructors, and wellness practitioners. With a proven track record in sales and marketing, you will be expected to understand market trends and develop sound business plans.

As a creative leader, you will create a tasteful spa environment that reflects the luxury standards of Four Seasons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to demonstrate effective leadership and collaborate with the hotel team.

We seek an individual with 5+ years of relevant luxury Spa leadership experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Spa industry and a passion for excellence. Hotel will apply for the Kuwait work authorization for the successful candidate and dependents visas if applicable.
