Job Overview

The Mobile Application Sales position is a key role within HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, focusing on driving revenue growth through the sale of mobile application solutions to businesses and individual customers.

This involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and networking.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage sales workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
  • Prepare and communicate sales reports to management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Cooperate with product development teams to assist with product improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of mobile technologies and application development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven mind-set.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Technical proficiency to understand product functionality and benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in maintaining client relationships and a customer-focused approach.
  • Capacity to stay motivated and handle rejection effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
