Your Role:
You will be responsible for managing the showroom to ensure optimal sales, providing exceptional customer service, and organizing the showroom layout and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries and complaints, and educate staff on handling difficult sales.
- Showroom Management: Organize the showroom layout, facilities, and supervise employees engaged in sales.
- Sales Performance: Achieve all set targets and objectives in a timely manner, maintain a minimum of 95% Customer Satisfaction Index, and monitor and report on sales activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent with 10 years of experience, or Diploma in Automobile/Electrical/Mechanical with 12 years of managerial experience.
- Fluent English and Arabic language skills.
