Job Title: Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced Cook 2 to join our culinary team in a five-star luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work well under pressure.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions. They will also assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in establishing standard recipes and ensuring compliance with them.

  • Inspect taste, temperature, and visual appeal of dishes to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Prepare exciting and appealing room amenities when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
