Job Description:

The Technical Aircraft Examiner is responsible for ensuring the Quality Control, Environmental, and Safety Programs meet the requirements of assigned aircraft and Support Equipment. This involves reviewing and approving locally developed procedures and solutions to complex repair situations, performing analysis of defects, and interpreting quality control rejection and failure trends.

  • Inspect forms and records related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Approve or reject work accomplished by field team members to ensure compliance with customer specifications, standards, and technical data.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.
  • Shall have (5) five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Shall have at least (1) one-year experience inspecting AH64 aircraft assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Possess good communication skills; be adaptable, diversified, and capable of troubleshooting entire aircraft system.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and associated systems principles to complete all probable work tasks.
