Job Description:
Reliability Engineer

This key role involves overseeing and participating in the monitoring, recording, and analysis of reliability parameters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, advice, and direction to other Reliability Engineers in the unit. They will study technical information from manufacturers and regulatory agencies to identify applicable knowledge for civil aircraft.

Key responsibilities include scrutinizing technical logs and work sheets to gather data on defects, delays, and incidents, analyzing collected data to evolve corrective action for presentation to the Reliability Control Committee.

The selected candidate will oversee and participate in various activities, including monitoring and analyzing reliability parameters, establishing alert values, and proposing adjustments to the Reliability Control Committee for improvement of fleet efficiency.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a Kuwaiti National with at least 6 years' airline engineering reliability experience with civil aircraft.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification with licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Double Licenses).
