HR GeneralistWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
About the Role:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records in Menaitech system and physical files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in an HR or HR assistant role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
