Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor work progress, ensuring timely completion of architectural elements and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve design or construction discrepancies on-site, guaranteeing high-quality finishes and material selection meet specified quality standards.
  • Communication and Liaison: Establish strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate site reports, inspection requests, and material submittals, maintaining a clear audit trail and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and health & safety requirements, minimizing risks and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Snagging and Handover: Assist in snagging and handover procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfactory completion of the project.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in site-based architectural supervision
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and finishing
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools
  • Familiar with local regulations, codes, and international standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure on-site
  • Mid-Senior level
