Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Registrar to join our team at Yiaco Medical Company. As a key member of our pediatric department, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and administering activities for pediatric patients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Compliance: Ensure implementation of Ministry of Health regulations, the Company Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Pediatric Department Policy and Guidelines.
2. Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat patients referred to the pediatric department with expertise and professionalism.
3. Clinic Management: Run your own clinic, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
4. Staff Development: Contribute to the professional growth and development of all staff members in the pediatric department.
5. Patient Safety: Prioritize the safety of patients and staff, maintaining a secure environment at all times.
6. Code Blue Response: Lead resuscitation efforts during CODE BLUE pediatric cases while on call, demonstrating leadership and critical thinking skills.
7. Triage System: Collaborate with the Head Nurse to establish a triage system that meets local community needs without compromising confidentiality.
8. Operational Leadership: Direct, plan, manage, and coordinate patient care activities, promoting high standards in patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior.
9. Decision-Making: Participate regularly in decision-making processes related to patient care, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
10. Patient Care Assessment: Engage in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs, prioritizing individualized attention.
11. Continuous Improvement: Attend regular meetings focused on enhancing patient care services and delivery, fostering a culture of excellence.
