About This Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Trust Building: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their unique needs and establish trust through empathetic communication.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement personalized care plans that take into account patients' medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring and Medication Administration: Accurately collect vital signs, monitor pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures, and administer medication as prescribed by physicians.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff members, ensuring they receive adequate training and support.
  • Emotional Support and Counseling: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their relatives, addressing their concerns and answering health-related questions.

Qualifications and Requirements
