About the Role

We are looking for a Cementing Supervisor to join our team at Sperton Global AS. As a Cementing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of heavy-duty tractors, ensuring safe transportation of equipment and personnel.

You will supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other personnel involved in the cementing process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose and resolve day-to-day problems with heavy-duty tractors, and hook up high-pressure iron on the field, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Must be able to understand, speak, and write in English.
  • Driving License: Must have a valid Kuwait Heavy Duty Driving License.

Education & Qualifications:

A High School or Technical Trade Certificate/Diploma is preferred.
