Wellsite Driller Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Wellsite Driller Supervisor to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L., a trusted partner in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drilling Operations: Operate and monitor all drilling systems and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient drilling practices.
2. Crew Management: Supervise and direct daily activities of the drill crew, including rig move operations.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily well history, including equipment used and problems encountered.
4. Safety Initiatives: Conduct regular BOP shut-in and safety drills with the drill crew, lead pre-tour meetings, and verify daily setup of well control equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Post-secondary education completion.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas well drilling and 2 years in their current position.
• Skills: Fluent written and spoken English, excellent safety leadership skills, effective communication, and experience in managing personnel and operations.
• Certification: Current IWCF or valid well control certificate is required.
