Manufacturing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing the production plan, managing production activities, controlling production costs, and improving business processes.

• Lead Production Team: Supervise and motivate the production team to achieve efficient production execution.
• Develop and Implement Quality Procedures: Establish and maintain quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze Production Metrics: Track production metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize production output.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Production, or Science Food Technology.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in an FMCG/food processing unit with knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP, and ISO.
• Desired Competencies: Strong operations orientation, basic understanding of QA standards in the food industry, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
