Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team in Kuwait City - Kuwait. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our principal products and services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Promote our products and services to new and existing customers through various channels, including tenders and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
