Engineering School Dean

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional academic leader to serve as the Dean of the School of Engineering at American International University. As a key member of the university's leadership team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of engineering education in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
The Dean will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school, including faculty supervision, curriculum development, course scheduling, budget management, and promotion of research and scholarship. Additionally, the Dean will maintain the Engineering Advisory Committee, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and contribute to the university's development.

Minimum Qualifications:
A doctoral degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution is required. The successful candidate must have documented administrative experience, a minimum of six years of teaching and research experience, and a current academic rank of Professor or Associate Professor. Strong leadership skills, collaborative decision-making experience, and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential. Experience in a multicultural environment is highly valued.
