Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design and Development Engineer to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in designing and implementing complex systems.

Main Accountabilities

  1. System design: Develop designs for new construction, renovations, and improvement projects for real property facilities, including HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, interior plumbing design, and exterior plumbing design.
  2. Project execution: Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.
  3. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including construction managers, engineers, and architects to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Safety and compliance: Comply with health, safety and environmental rules and procedures, and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Mechanical Engineering degree required; licensed mechanical engineer preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of design experience, capable of providing mechanical design service including determination of HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, interior plumbing design, and exterior plumbing design.
  • Software skills: Proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later.
  • Certifications and clearances: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
