Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cost Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with analytics and reporting on inventory and cost control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with the Operations team and Finance department to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cost control principles and be able to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to management.

This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing key analysis and reports to measure inventory-related KPIs, including food cost, consumption, and variance reports.

  • To establish key analysis & reports to measure inventory related KPI's – Food Cost report, Consumption and variance report, Staff meal report, Discounts report, Wastage report.
  • To carry out analysis based on system reports and feedback to Management on areas of concern.
  • Play a role in menu engineering analysis. Identify cost and margin issues and report to Management cost saving / margin making options.
