Corporate HSE Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate HSE Manager to lead our organization's health, safety, and environmental initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Kuwait OSHA, KOC, KNPC, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor and develop site HSE teams and coordinators.
  • Monitor regulatory trends and advise leadership on proactive compliance measures.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or related courses and at least 15 years of experience in HSE, with at least 5+ years in a senior corporate HSE role. Familiarity with incident investigation tools (e.g., RCA, HAZOP), and international best practices is also essential.
