Job Summary
As an Emergency Dispatcher at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our community by receiving, recording, and managing emergency calls. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Police, Fire, or EMS dispatcher, with excellent typing skills (35 words per minute) and fluency in English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid Secret Clearance and CAC eligibility.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Receiving and processing emergency calls from the public
  • Dispatching emergency personnel to critical situations
  • Providing medical pre-arrival instructions to callers
  • Working closely with emergency responders to ensure timely and effective responses
