We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management plans, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement corrective action plans to address non-conformities and deviations.
- Provide training and support to project teams on quality management principles and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
