About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Memorable Encounter Facilitator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes, inspired recommendations, and seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strive to make every meal truly memorable by serving up high standards with our signature flair.
  • Guide guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Owning your outlet, keeping it organized, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Minimizing waste and keeping supervisors informed about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
  • Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
Essential Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • The strength to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), which may involve bending and kneeling.
  • A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths.
  • The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Great communication skills – you will be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
