We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, with proficiency in working with Plywood, MDF, and Regular Wood, as well as experience with repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures.

1. Conduct repairs and installations as needed, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
2. Assess and improve the quality of woodwork and materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
3. Paint walls and polish/paint wooden furniture and features, maintaining a high standard of finish and presentation.
4. Install wooden structures, including roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
5. Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation, meeting the needs of users and stakeholders.
6. Add fixtures and fittings, including door handles, locks, hinges, and closures, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
7. Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws, maintaining accuracy and precision.
8. Follow established safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for workers and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in working with Plywood, MDF, and Regular Wood.
• Experience with repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures.
