Job Description:

The role of an English Language Instructor in the Foundation Skills Programme involves delivering and assessing English language subjects, as well as teaching Study Skills, Report Writing, and Personal Development Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students
  2. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  3. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Linguistics, Adult Literacy, or TESOL
  • Professional certification in teaching English language, such as CELTA Grade B or above, TESOL, TEFL, or other relevant certification
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in adult teaching, preferably in international settings and/or with Arab learners
  • Strong Information Technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Native English-language speaker
