Job Title: Team Lead Rider

As a Team Lead Rider, you will play a crucial role in the performance of our riders, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the assigned outsourced companies, supervising Rider Coordinators, and monitoring rider performance on an individual level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
  • Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance rider performance
  • Prepare and share late login lists with relevant stakeholders
  • Meet with Rider Supervisors and 3 PL Supervisors to discuss performance and updates
  • Supervise Coordinators assisting dispatchers over communication channels related to riders
  • Ensure compliance with rider equipment and regional rules
  • Support the team in achieving talabat goals and handle Rider Supervisors' duties in their absence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry (highly preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools: GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages
  • Influencing and negotiation skills: good public speaking and presentation skills
  • People management skills: experience in managing a large group of people
  • Stakeholder management skills: experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
