About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing administrative support in a fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the in-processing and out-processing of all employees
  2. Manage employee data in the company database system
  3. Provide daily personnel accountability of both EXPAT and Foreign Nationals
  4. Support daily Administrative and Personnel action activities
  5. Facilitate department wide personnel file audits and close out for terminated personnel
  6. Maintain leave request/leave control log as well as absence log
  7. Develop and maintain various spreadsheet trackers such as Requisitions for Vacancies
  8. Coordinate positions needed to fill of both EXPAT and Foreign Nationals
  9. Support various ad hoc/demographic reporting through the current HR Database
  10. Process stipend payments, employee bonuses, annual offers, vacation travel allowance, and end of service gratuity
