Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and technical expertise.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Identify business needs and develop solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
  2. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for market growth.
  3. Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate follow-ups to close issues.
  4. Perform data analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Lead project management at multiple stages, including research, testing, and implementation of new systems and products.
  6. Analyze market trends and make recommendations for innovations that can lead to cost savings and business process improvements.
  7. Develop technical documentation, user guides, and requirements traceability matrices.
  8. Support data analysis using spreadsheets or specialized tools like project management software and traceability solutions.
  9. Review progress of implemented changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Operations Management degree along with relevant practice experience.
  • Data management and category planning methods knowledge.
  • Awareness of business and human impact on the environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Transferable visa required.
