We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and technical expertise.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and develop solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for market growth.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate follow-ups to close issues.
- Perform data analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead project management at multiple stages, including research, testing, and implementation of new systems and products.
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for innovations that can lead to cost savings and business process improvements.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Support data analysis using spreadsheets or specialized tools like project management software and traceability solutions.
- Review progress of implemented changes to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Engineering or Operations Management degree along with relevant practice experience.
- Data management and category planning methods knowledge.
- Awareness of business and human impact on the environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
- Transferable visa required.
