Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
">- This role drives sales growth through engaging with high-potential customers and building relationships.
About the Position:
">- Identify and prioritize high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders).
- Engage in value-based conversations to understand critical customer challenges, decision-drivers, pain points, and opportunities.
- Develop deep customer insights and understanding through gathering information on their business.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
Main Accountabilities:
">- Drive sales performance through the skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences.
- Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content, and multiple engagement channels.
- Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers and challenge current behaviors to improve the patient journey.
- Follow up on customer feedback and translate responses into actions that create additional value and exceed expectations.
Required Skills:
">- Degree/education in a relevant discipline.
- Solid understanding of the Kuwait market is preferred.
- Experience working in multinational companies.
- Cardiovascular and/or Diabetes experience is required.
- Proven successful performance track record.
- Solid communication skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
