Senior Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Contract Administration: Review and administer contract documents, resolve issues, and negotiate with clients and regulatory authorities.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  4. Safety and Quality: Maintain strict adherence to industry Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements and follow established Quality System standards.
  5. Tendering and Pricing: Participate in the pricing of tenders and technical documentation for upcoming projects.
  6. Skills Development: Identify and address skills and training needs of assigned personnel, align them with project requirements, and support recruitment activities to source competent staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, planning, and computer skills.
