About the Job:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team for a 3-year cybersecurity transformation initiative in collaboration with a key government entity.
">About the Role
">- You will act as the dedicated cybersecurity expert for the project, ensuring secure operations across network, cloud, application, and identity environments.
- Serve as the on-site cybersecurity authority for the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and enforce secure architecture for networks, cloud, and applications.
- Manage IAM operations, including access controls, provisioning, and audits.
- Ensure continuous compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk analysis.
- Monitor for and respond to security incidents using SIEM/SOAR tools.
- Collaborate with client teams and vendors to maintain secure project alignment.
- Generate detailed security reports and lead security audit activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of practical cybersecurity experience.
- Prior work on government, defense, or national infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is a strong advantage.
